1. General
This Privacy Policy is issued by the company mentioned in point 12 (hereinafter: Tr3zor). By using our website and/or applications for mobile devices (apps) and/or programming interfaces (hereinafter: products), you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the following provisions. When you visit our products, we collect, use and save your personal data. Personal data is information about personal or factual circumstances or preferences that relate to you. You can revoke consent that you have given for special data processing operations at any time. An informal e-mail to us is sufficient for this. The legality of the data processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. If the data processing is based on the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons that arise from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this data protection declaration. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data concerned, unless the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. If your personal data is processed in order to operate direct marketing, you have the right to object to the processing at any time; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will no longer be used for direct marketing purposes.

2. Information, blocking, deletion and correction
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have anytime the right to free-of-charge information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if necessary, the right to correct, block or delete this data.

3. Objection to marketing emails
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, provided there are reasons for this that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation.

4. Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. You can contact us at any time for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases: If the processing of your personal data takes place unlawfully, you can request the restriction of the data processing instead of the deletion. If we no longer need your personal data, but you need them to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted instead of the data being deleted. If you have lodged an objection in accordance with the GDPR, your interests and ours must be weighed up. Until it is clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data - apart from their storage - is only allowed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a EU member state.
